Duytan Tran President/CEO
Duytan has over 30 years of experience in engineering, sales and marketing management. Duytan founded Savarti in March, 2015 and serves as its President/CEO. Before Savarti, Duytan was responsible for IP Engineering and Services activities at Uniquify, a US company, as its Senior Vice President, IP Solutions and General Manager of Uniquify Vietnam. Prior to joining Uniquify, Mr. Duytan founded Silicon Design Solutions (SDS) in 1996, a 200 engineers IP company specializes in Embedded Memory Development with headquarters in Milpitas, California and design centers in Vietnam. SDS was acquired by eSilicon in May 2010 and Mr. Duytan became GM of IP Business Unit at eSilicon as well as President of eSilicon Vietnam. Before SDS, Mr. Duytan served as Design Manager at LSI Logic, Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), Motorola and Nextgen Microsystems.
Mr. Duytan received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from University of California at Berkeley in 1986 and Master of Business Administration with emphasis in international business from Shidler College of Business, University of Hawaii, 2010.
Hieu Nguyen VP Engineering
Prior to joining Savarti, Hieu was VP Engineering at eSilicon Vietnam, leading the Memory IP development team, from 2010 to 2015. Before eSilicon, Hieu was co-founder and VP Engineering at Silicon Design Solutions (SDS) responsible for building and leading a team of 180 engineers in Vietnam. Before SDS, Hieu worked as Design Manager at LSI Logic, Advanced Micro Devices, Nexgen MicroSystem and Silicon Storage Technology.
Hieu Nguyen received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California at Berkeley in 1986.
Duong Vo VP Global Design Service and GM Savarti Vietnam
Duong Vo has over 15 years of management and developing engineering experience in embedded memory compilers, lower power IO, high speed IO, generic PLL and various power management designs. Before joining Savarti, Mr. Duong was the General Director of Uniquify Vietnam, responsible for building the team from 10 to 60 engineers within 1 year. Before Uniquify, Duong was working at eSilicon Vietnam from 2004 to 2013, holding various engineering positions. His last position at eSilicon Vietnam was the manager of Analog IP and TCAM Development team.
Mr. Duong Vo received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from University of Technology, Vietnam in 2004, MSSE, Radio and Communication Engineering, Kyung Hee University, Korea, 2010 and Master of Business Administration with emphasis in international business from Shidler College of Business, University of Hawaii in 2013.
Chanh Tran Director, Technical Marketing, AMS IPs
Prior to joining Savarti, Chanh Tran was with Rambus Inc. for more than 20 years as Senior Engineering Manager responsible for high speed serial and parallel IO design including industry standard DDR4/DDR3/DDR2/PCIe interfaces and proprietary XDR, FlexIO and Direct RDRAM interface. Prior to joining Rambus, he was with National Semiconductor as mix-signal design engineer
Chanh Tran received his B.S. degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California at Berkeley in 1989 and finished M.S.E.E course at San Jose State University. He has 19 granted patents related to mix-signal analog designs.
Ha Tran Engineering Manager
Mr. Ha Tran has over 10 years of experience in IC design, especially for ROM, SRAM, Ternary Content Addressable Memory (TCAM), integrated Built-in Seft-Test (iBIST) designs, and DDR-PHY and IO design. Before joining Savarti, Ha was the Senior Manager, managing Danang Design Center with more than 30 engineers, of Uniquify Vietnam. Before Uniquify, Ha was working at eSilicon Vietnam from 2004 to 2013, as Analog Design Engineer/Manager.
Mr. Ha Tran received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from University of Technology, Vietnam in 2004, MSSE, Radio and Communication Engineering, Kyung Hee University, Korea, 2011.
Quang Le Director, Technical Marketing, Memory & Networking IPs
Quang Le has been doing ASIC design and verification for over 20 years for many well known Silicon Valley companies such as Cisco , Juniper Networks, PMC Sierra , Philip Semiconductor , Hewlett Packard and Nvidia . His engineering interest lies mainly in High Performance Network architecture and Design. Quang received his BSEECS from UC Berkeley in 1986 and MSEE from Stanford University in 1992.
